From brief to reply

Prepare the brief on this site: occasion, recipient, the story, names and how they are pronounced, language, style, deadline and how the song will be used.
Review the finished brief, save a copy, then hand it to Intrepid PI by WhatsApp or email. The brief is assembled in your browser — nothing is submitted, paid for or booked by preparing it.
Intrepid PI replies with confirmation, a quote where one is needed, and a schedule. That reply is how you know the brief arrived.

Once a song is delivered you can keep its records in one place: the composition and the master held separately, each contributor's part, the agreements and the evidence. Once there is a manuscript, a master or a delivered piece, you can organise its provenance, rights, contributors and evidence in Rights Foundry. It is optional, it is never a condition of any commission, and it does not create copyright, prove ownership, replace registration or provide legal advice.
