AI Use & Limitations

AI features are additive, not the foundation of our products. Where a product is described as deterministic — including clinical and hospital operations software — AI assistance is off by default and is enabled deliberately.

AI output can be incomplete, outdated or factually wrong. It is generated text or media, not verified advice.

AI output is not medical, legal, financial, academic or regulatory advice, and must not be used as the sole basis for a decision affecting a person's health, rights, money or qualifications.

A qualified human must review AI output before it is acted upon in a professional context.

AI features depend on third-party model providers. Their availability, behaviour, output quality and pricing can change, and a provider outage can disable an AI feature without affecting the rest of the product.

Content you submit to an AI feature is processed to produce your result. Do not submit identifiable patient records, credentials or other sensitive material unless a signed agreement expressly covers that use.

AI generation consumes metered capacity. It is included only up to the allowance stated in your plan and is never covered by a perpetual software-access licence.

AI assistance must not be used to produce work submitted as a person's own original scholarship where that breaches an institution's or publisher's policy, or to gain an unfair advantage in a supervised examination.
