Licensing & Intellectual Property

Unless a signed assignment says otherwise, Intrepid Soft LLC retains ownership of its software, source code, designs, models and brands. A commercial agreement grants rights of use; it does not transfer ownership.

A recurring right to use a product we operate and maintain, for the seats and allowances in your plan, for as long as the subscription is active.

An annual agreement for an organisation, typically covering a committed seat count, administrative controls, onboarding, agreed support response expectations and negotiated commercial terms.

An annual right to present a product under your own brand, with a one-off setup and configuration fee. Ownership of the underlying platform is not transferred, and the licence ends when the annual term ends unless renewed.

A licence to keep using a specified version or release line of the software without a recurring licence fee. It is a software-access right, not a promise of unlimited cloud hosting, AI generation, GPU compute, storage, model or API access, or third-party services.

Once fully paid, the licence continues without an access renewal fee. It is not revoked because a term has lapsed or because an optional agreement was not renewed; it may terminate only for uncured material breach after notice, infringement, unlawful use, fraud, non-payment of the licence fee itself, or another termination ground in the signed agreement.

Ongoing updates, upgrades and support require a separate maintenance agreement. Ending that agreement stops those benefits but does not end the perpetual licence to the release already held.

Metered consumption — hosting, storage, AI generation, exports and similar — is licensed and billed separately from software access, because those costs are incurred continuously from third-party providers.

Books, adaptation rights, music and commissioned creative work are handled under their own rights framework and are not covered by software licences. See the Rights pages for how those identities and permissions are structured.
