Intrepid Soft LLC is the controller of the personal information described in this notice. The company operates technology products, publishing and media projects, and commercial licensing activity under a single corporate identity.

Information you submit directly: name, email address, organisation, telephone number, the subject of your enquiry, and the content of the message you send us.

Account information, where you hold a sign-in for a restricted area: email address, display name, job title and the role assigned to your account.

Operational records created by our systems: timestamps, request and approval history, and security logs associated with restricted areas.

We do not knowingly collect special-category information, and you should not send clinical, financial or identity documents through the public enquiry form.

To respond to enquiries and prepare commercial proposals you have asked for.

To operate, secure and audit restricted internal areas of our systems.

To keep records required for contractual, accounting and dispute-resolution purposes.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use enquiry data for unrelated advertising.

Where a legal basis is required, we rely on performance of a contract or steps taken at your request, our legitimate interest in operating and securing the business, your consent where you have given it, and compliance with legal obligations.

Our products and websites depend on third-party infrastructure providers for hosting, databases, authentication, email delivery, payment processing and, where applicable, AI model inference. These providers process data on our instructions under their own terms and security controls.

Availability, data location and retention behaviour of those providers are outside our direct control. Where a provider changes its terms or availability, our service may be affected.

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to answer them and to maintain a record of commercial discussions. Account, approval and audit records are retained for as long as the account exists and for the period required by applicable record-keeping obligations.

You may ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask for corrections, ask for deletion where no overriding obligation applies, and object to certain processing.

Restricted areas require authentication, roles are enforced at the database layer rather than only in the interface, and privileged credentials are never stored in browsers, front-end code or ordinary data records.

No system is perfectly secure. We do not make guarantees of uninterrupted availability or absolute security.
