Acceptable Use Policy

Unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, or infringement of another party's intellectual property or privacy.

Attempting to breach, probe or circumvent access controls, rate limits, licence restrictions or another customer's data boundaries.

Uploading malware, or using the services to distribute malicious or deceptive content.

Sharing credentials, exceeding licensed seats, or reselling access that has not been licensed for resale.

Assessment products must not be used to obtain or distribute live examination content in breach of an examining body's rules.

Clinical and health-related products are administrative and educational tools. They do not replace professional clinical judgement, and outputs must be reviewed by a qualified clinician before they influence patient care.

Automated bulk consumption that materially degrades service for others, or that exceeds the allowances of your plan, may be throttled or billed as additional usage.

We may warn, throttle, suspend or terminate an account for a breach. Severe or unlawful breaches may be actioned immediately and without prior notice.

If your account is suspended or terminated and you believe the decision is wrong, write to intrepidpi@intrepidsoftllc.com with your account details and the facts. We will review the decision and respond in writing with the outcome.
