End User Licence Agreement

Subject to payment and continued compliance, Intrepid Soft LLC grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software for your internal business purposes, within the seat count, deployment scope and licence type stated in your order.

Subscription and term licences are granted for the paid term and end with it. A fully paid perpetual licence to the specified release is granted without an access renewal fee and continues until terminated on a ground stated under 'Termination' or in the signed agreement.

Software is licensed, not sold. All intellectual property in the software, its source code, interfaces, models, documentation and branding remains with Intrepid Soft LLC or its licensors.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, resell, sublicense, rent or white-label the software except where a separate written licence permits it.

You may not remove proprietary notices, exceed the licensed seat count, or use the software to build a competing product.

You retain ownership of the data you put into the software. You are responsible for having the right to process that data and for its lawfulness.

Hosted plans receive updates as part of the subscription. Deployed and perpetual-access licences receive updates only for the period covered by an active maintenance and support agreement.

Maintenance and support are optional and separate. Ending or declining them stops updates, upgrades and support, but does not terminate a fully paid perpetual licence to the release you already hold.

Hosting, AI and GPU compute, storage, model or API access, future major versions and third-party services are separate from the licence and may end when the associated service or maintenance term ends.

A subscription or term licence ends when its paid term ends or when the agreement is terminated in accordance with its terms.

A fully paid perpetual licence to the specified release continues without an access renewal fee. It may terminate for uncured material breach after written notice, for infringement of intellectual property, for unlawful use, for fraud or non-payment of the licence fee itself, or on another termination ground written into the signed agreement.

On termination of a licence you must stop using the affected software and, for deployed installations, remove it.
