Intrepid Soft LLC does not claim ownership of what you commission. What you and the writer each hold — copyright, credit, confidentiality and approval rights — is set out in the service agreement signed before work begins.

Every commission is quoted individually. Length, research depth, interview load and deadline move the figure too much for a published price to be truthful, so no price is stated here. Send a brief and you will receive a written quote.

Each add-on is confirmed and priced in the written quote before anything is agreed.
Afterwards
After the work exists
Once there is a manuscript, a master or a delivered piece, you can organise its provenance, rights, contributors and evidence in Rights Foundry. It is optional, it is never a condition of any commission, and it does not create copyright, prove ownership, replace registration or provide legal advice.

- Who owns the finished work?
- You do, on the terms written into your service agreement. Intrepid Soft LLC does not claim ownership of commissioned client work. Credit, confidentiality and approval rights are all agreed in writing before drafting starts.
- What does it cost?
- Every commission is quoted. Length, research depth, interview load and deadline change the figure too much for a fixed published price to be honest. Send a brief and you will receive a written quote.
- Is my material kept private?
- Yes. You choose the confidentiality level in the brief, and it is carried into the service agreement. Nothing is used as a sample or portfolio piece without your separate written permission.
- Do you publish samples or testimonials?
- Only with explicit permission for the exact material. There are no invented clients, testimonials or credentials on this site, and none are shown until a real approved one exists.
- What happens after delivery?
- You can optionally organise the manuscript's provenance, rights and contributor records in Rights Foundry. It is a records tool — it does not create or prove copyright, and it is never a condition of the commission.
