White label

Your brand, our platform

A white-label licence lets an academy, exam body or training provider run an Intrepid platform under its own name, without building and maintaining the software itself.

Summary

An annual licence to operate an Intrepid platform under your own brand, with a one-off setup and configuration fee.

Included

  • Annual licence to present the platform under your brand
  • One-off setup, branding and configuration
  • Your own administrative environment and user base
  • Platform maintenance for the duration of the licence term

Not included

  • Transfer of ownership, source code or intellectual property
  • The right to sublicense or resell beyond the agreed scope
  • Continued use after the annual term ends without renewal
  • Metered usage — hosting, storage and AI generation are licensed separately

White-label licences are quoted per partner, because branding scope, setup work and expected volume differ in every case.

Best fit

Who this is for

  • Academies, training providers and exam bodies with an established brand

  • Institutions that want their own branded portal without building a platform

  • Partners serving a market we do not serve directly

Structure

How a white-label licence is priced

One-off setup

Branding, domain configuration, environment provisioning and initial content or user import. Charged once, at the start, and quoted from the actual scope of work.

Annual licence

The recurring right to operate the branded platform, including platform maintenance for the term. Renewal is annual and is confirmed in writing.

Metered consumption — hosting, storage, bandwidth and AI generation — is licensed and billed separately from the annual licence, because those costs are incurred continuously from infrastructure providers.

Process

How a proposal works

  1. Step 1

    Tell us the requirement

Organisation, product, approximate seats, timeline and whether you need hosted, branded or deployed software.

  2. Step 2

    We scope and quote

A commercial manager prepares a written quote covering fees, term, allowances, exclusions, support and validity.

  3. Step 3

    Internal approval

Quotes are reviewed and approved internally before they are issued. Approved financial terms are locked; a change becomes a tracked revision.

  4. Step 4

    Written agreement

Nothing is binding until an agreement is signed. No obligation is created by making an enquiry.
