Refunds, Renewals & Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each interval at the then-current price for that plan. You will be told before a price change takes effect.

Cancel from your account or customer portal where self-service management is available; where it is not, write to intrepidpi@intrepidsoftllc.com and we will action the request. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid interval.

Cancelling a subscription, or ending an optional maintenance and support agreement, does not cancel a fully paid perpetual licence to the release you already hold.

A duplicate or clearly erroneous charge.

A paid subscription interval that has not been used and is reported promptly after the charge, at our discretion.

A service we could not deliver at all.

Consumed usage: hosting, storage, AI generation, compute and third-party pass-through costs already incurred.

Setup, configuration, onboarding and migration fees once the work has started.

Delivered commissioned work — including custom songs, research, analysis and writing — once the agreed deliverable has been supplied and the included revisions have been made available.

Partial periods of a committed annual or multi-year term.

Please contact us before raising a chargeback. Accounts subject to an open chargeback may be suspended until the dispute is resolved.

Nothing here removes consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction and cannot lawfully be excluded.
